I hope it is not just me... but I find buying Wedding presents so very tricky.  I am not a huge lover of buying 'off the list', especially if it is a very close friend.  Buying a set of bedding or a collection of cutlery just doesn't feel special enough somehow.  So when I stumbled upon Coulson Macleod I thought I had to share this fantastic find with you all.

Coulson Macleod is one cool art company. Run by husband & wife team; Mark (the Coulson half) & Hannah (the Macleod half). "Mark designs the prints & makes all the tea whilst Hannah chats a lot & drinks all the tea that Mark makes." They design gorgeous typographic (that’s word art between you & I) & illustrative-based artwork that they print onto natural & reclaimed materials including wood, stone, & recycled paper. They also design their own frames, which are individually handmade in Britain by traditional craftsmen. What I find really special is that no two pieces are alike. They like to keep any  imperfections in the materials so your artwork is always guaranteed to be unique and the majority of their prints can be personalised too.

If you are a bride yourself... why not display one of these on your cake table or use it to decorate your venue. Or of course give one to your husband-to-be (which is really a gift to yourself as it will look lovely hanging in your marital home!

The Perfect Photo Booth For Your Wedding - Groovy Booth

I am sure many of you will have heard of/seen Photo Booths at recent Weddings or parties. They are quickly becoming a popular item on many bride's Wedding wish lists. No matter how amazing your Wedding Photographer is these booths seem to capture such magic moments. Especially as there is nothing better than capturing all of your friends in hilarious poses, having a great time at your Wedding.

There are a lot of suppliers offering a Wedding Photo Booth service, so (as you can see from the photos above!) we have been putting in some research for who we should book for the fast approaching Fleur De Force Wedding. After looking at a number of elements, including who offers what, the quality and style of the machines and photos, value for money and service we have decided to book Groovybooth.

Groovybooth are one of the original photo booth companies, started 4 years ago, and most importantly they were previously Wedding photographers. Their booths are both sturdy and look great (some of the others offer just a basic frame) and the photographs that are produced (in just minutes) are great quality. The ultimate selling point for us was that they arrive with everything that they need, including a great selection of props to add to the entertainment!

Prices start from £595 and they offer a variety of packages to suit your Wedding requirements. One of my favourite aspects of their service is the option to have an operator for the duration of the hire who will not only run the booth but as the photographs are printed each time will give one to your guest and then put one in your photo booth 'guest book'. The operator can then also encourage each guest to write a personalised message... the perfect way to get your guest book completed!

Although it is not cheap to have a photo booth at your Wedding,  I think it is a great addition and will leave you with amazing photographs that you can keep forever... as well as an insight to each of your guests times at your Wedding.
