The Cake Pop Revolution

What is there not to love about a beautiful mini cake on a stick?!  The cake pop revolution is in full swing and why not? The delicious little morsels are just perfect for Weddings and parties.

Until today, when I was educated by a good friend of mine, I hadn't realised that you can buy 'Cake Pop making machines'.
Not only do they make cake pop making look so simple "make the cake mix, spoon in the mixture and hey presto... cake pops made in just 4 minutes" they are so reasonable. Priced from just £18 on Amazon.
What a bargain I thought, so i've put it on my Birthday wish list. Fingers crossed... and the decorating fun can begin.

Vintage Style Stamps

This alphabet stamp set from Cavallini & Co. features lowercase vintage letters. A charming set for all your stamping needs. Wooden stamps and black inkpad are packaged in a decorative storage tin.
Available from Discover Attic from £22.
I absolutely love these glitter tags too, also from Discover Attic (2.50 each)
Use the stamps to create place cards or placement cards for each of your guests...

DIY - Napkin Rings

Dressing your napkins is a simple and stylish way to give your tables a lift. You can also be as creative as you wish. Go on... get into that DIY mood and make something really special for each of your guests.

I love these very simple wooden napkin rings, they are available to buy on Etsy.  But priced at £9 for 6 why not make them yourself? The perfect job for your groom, father of the bride or father of the groom.
Looking for something pretty and a little less time consuming? Why not choose a ribbon to suit your theme and tie around each napkin. I love the variation of candy colours above.
Why not personalise your ribbon... print on your monogram, names or a message to your guests. Available at Blue Bow Designs.
You can also add a sprig of lavender (or any flower to suit your floral arrangements).
Even the most simple of fabrics can look stunning... these ideas are super simple and effective.
