Wedding Cake Inspiration From Peggy Porschen

I have just come across the wonderful selection books by the legendary Peggy Porschen herself.

 There is an amazing collection that make the perfect inspiration finders for those of you who are still pondering on your Wedding cake design,  those of you feeling adventurous and fancy having a go yourself or, perhaps best of all, for those of you who have amazing bakers in the family!  

There are some great ideas in there for Wedding favours too including mini cakes, cupcakes and cookies. The book promises to "capture the essence of Peggy’s technical skill and inspired use of colour while also ensuring that each cake is both achievable and delicious to eat".  So, time to get reading (and baking!) I think!
