Appy Couple - THE Wedding App to have?

Appy Couple seems to be taking creating a storm in the Wedding World and when I looked into it further I realised why.  It is an absolutely genius app created to perform as a multi functional tool to replace the old fashioned methods of communicating with your bridal party.  Appy Couple replaces the need and expense of building your own complicated wedding website and provides you with an easy way to stay in touch with everyone, allowing you to organise your wedding with ease.

You are able to choose a design from a great selection of styles (arranged conveniently into colour schemes!) allowing you to personalise it to your Wedding style. There is also the option to have a free website included, that can be used by guests without smart phones.  Your bridal party and guests will then receive a wonderful, fully interactive experience. You even have the option to add a romantic 'story' behind the bride and groom and then on to add multiple events details. For example engagement party, hen and stag parties, rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception.

Once the app has been created, the couple can enter their guest list manually or upload it from a spreadsheet, and invite family and friends to access the app for free, using a special code. Each guest will then have access to information, including wedding events, dates, venues, travel, accommodation and last-minute changes. There is also a privacy function that allows the bride and bridegroom to select certain guests, like members of the bridal party, to receive private messages.  There is however one drawback (that Appy Couple is currently trying to amend). Guests can upload photos and post messages in real time on the couple's board, however you may not wish for all of your hen and stag photos to end up on show to Granny?  You are able to delete them once they are up, but the live feed may mean there could be time in between up load and approval!  Looking on the bright side though, it is a great way to live stream photos of your Wedding for guests that can not make it on the day.

At the moment Appy Couple is free (you have to apply for an invitation code), however there are rumoured plans to start charging a one time fee for the app with free unlimited app downloads for guests fairly soon.
